Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring proper spelling, names, and dates

• Confirming sizes and product details before placing an order

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

Customers must also confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for printing.

Payments must be made in full before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times depend on the selected carrier and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized and custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

• Incorrect heat press settings for DTF transfers
