2. Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • DTF transfers (Ready to Press sheets)

  • Custom t-shirts and apparel

  • Sublimation products

  • Personalized party kits

  • Invitations and event materials

  • Custom gifts

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors

  • Incorrect names or dates

  • Wrong sizes selected

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

5. Color Variations

Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric type, or printing processes. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.


6. DTF Transfer Application Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press temperature

  • Improper pressure

  • Incorrect pressing time

  • Failure to follow recommended instructions

Please ensure proper application techniques are used.


7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
